Health Coaching: Nutrition and Exercise
A) 2-1 hr hour sessions, which will include a discussion of clients assessment/progress, recommendations and a full set of notes.(every other week)
B) A variety of handouts, recipes, food samples and other materials.
C) Special events like teleclasses, group seminars and/or workshops related to health and wellness.
D) Email and text support
$195 a month includes all the above

I received my training to practice Health counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the zone and raw foods. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of theArizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the feild of mind body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willet, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutritional authorities. It is my personal mission to help adults find this balance within themselves, allowing them to achieve their optimal health and find and reach their dreams. I specialize in motivating adults to find the fun in exercising and eating well, how to make it a permanent part of their daily routine and something they actually look forward to.
