Sound Therapy
Main Services (will last 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on service chosen)
Initial Consultation:
During our initial conversation we’ll talk about your reasons for choosing sound healing and the desired outcomes you’d like to achieve. Sound healing impacts physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Your goals can be in one or many of those categories.
I’ll briefly describe the history and benefits of sound healing, review contra-indicators with you, discuss examples of what might occur during a session, and introduce you to the instrument sounds we’ll be using. We’ll get into a relaxed state and then it’s time to play the instruments.
Afterwards, we’ll talk about what you experienced. (Most people drift into sleep states during the first couple of sessions.) You’ll receive some guidance on steps you can take to continually benefit from the effects of the session. This initial session generally takes approximately 2 hours.
Pain Reduction & Management
Sound therapy is an excellent tool to mitigate any type of pain wherever it exists; physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. Sound can move quickly through the body going directly where it is most needed. It is truly a visceral experience that is deeply felt.
Stress Alleviation: Emotional - Mental Balancing
Sound therapy is exceptional in its ability to reduce stress through deep relaxation, thereby allowing the body’s natural healing abilities to emerge and balance not only the physical body, but also mental, emotional and spiritual states, creating harmonic balance.
Grounding Session
This is by far one of the most important sessions offered. Many people today are radically unbalanced! I do not use those words lightly. People are pulled in a myriad of directions; some diametrically opposed to each other. We are constantly bombarded with technology, social media and other distractions imploring us to continually connect to one thing or another. For our health (and sanity) it is important to periodically shut it all down and immerse ourselves in peace and quiet, and that’s what a grounding session provides.
Elemental Balancing
Often, beginning sessions are concerned with balancing the 4 elements, Fire, Water, Wind and Earth, which constantly interact with and sustain our energy fields and life force. Frequently, this alone dramatically improves overall health.
Chakra/Aura Clearing & Balancing
There are 108 chakras in the human body and many layers of auric fields. I concentrate on the 7 main chakras and their corresponding auras, but at times other chakras may be cleansed and balanced as needed.
Meridian or Organ Healing
There are 14 meridians that circulate energy throughout the body and 12 body systems which are associated with one or more primary organs, (Skeletal System. Muscular System, Nervous System, Digestive System, Respiratory System, Circulatory System, Lymphatic System, Endocrine System, Reproductive System, Urinary System, Integumentary System, Excretory System), plus sensory organs (eyes, ears, nose, mouth). There are a variety of beneficial and specific protocols for cleansing and balancing an individual organ or system.
Filter Session
A filter session is a deep meditative dive into pre-physical consciousness to observe and refine the membranes/filters that evolve as our Higher Self level of consciousness manifests into physical form. These filters or layers may contain blockages or imprints which inhibit our growth in the physical plane. Generally, but not always, these sessions are available after a person has attained a comfortable balance in their current state.
Etheric Blueprint Session
An Etheric Blueprint session is another deep meditative dive into the pre-physical consciousness to observe the etheric blueprint. The Blueprint is the final layer before physicality. Many of our beliefs, self-imposed limitations and conditioning appear in this layer. It is an excellent tool for alleviating those types of blockages. Generally, but not always, these sessions are available after a person has attained a comfortable balance in their current state.
Past Life Balancing & Healing
Involves deep meditation and travelling along your timelines to gain knowledge about lifetimes that could be impacting the present life and helping to remove blockages, modify behaviors, and resolve issues so they don’t continually seek expression in this and future lifelines. Generally, but not always, these sessions are available after a person has attained a comfortable balance in their current state.
Higher Self-Life Purpose Session
These types of sessions are also deeply meditative and designed to allow a person to connect with their highest self which intuitively knows not only the purpose of your manifestation in the current life, but also the gifts which you innately possess and that are available for your healing and transformation. Generally, these sessions are available after a person has had other types of balancing sessions.
Soul Retrieval Session
Many times, due to trauma, accidents or other difficult life circumstances, we “lose parts of ourselves.” This session is designed to bring those parts back, to restore wholeness to your being.
Tune-up
A tune-up is for clients who have had several sound sessions and have achieved most of their desired outcomes and wish to continue maintaining balance by giving themselves a respite from daily stress through the peace, relaxation and rejuvenation of sound.
Pet Sound Sessions
Most pet sessions are 30-45 minutes, depending on the pet’s response to the sounds. Animals can clear stress and calm down quicker than their human friends, because they absorb the sound experience without judgement and don’t have to contend with the constructs of the ‘logical mind’.

Our Culinary Theater Program offers a dynamic series of instructional classes designed to inspire and educate. Each session highlights a unique theme, blending practical skills with culinary creativity. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Meal Prep Mondays
Start your week with confidence and creativity in the kitchen. Every Monday, we host an open, small-group session (space is limited) where participants bring their weekend groceries and transform them into ready-to-enjoy meals for the week ahead.
Guided by Chef Dave, these sessions focus on incorporating your personal dietary needs into practical meal preparation. Along the way, you’ll refine essential culinary skills—such as sanitation practices, knife techniques, and cooking methods—while gaining the confidence to bring out the best in your own ingredients. Designed to be both lighthearted and productive, Meal Prep Mondays turn routine cooking into an engaging, educational, and nourishing experience.
